Matt Harloff is the Director of the world-famous Avon Marching Black & Gold and he's 100% Avon. He's also Dad to two AHS graduates. He saw both the negatives of oversized classes prior to the voter-approved 2018 Operating Referendum and the benefits of smaller class sizes since then.
