What was it like to be a teacher in Avon Schools in the years before and after voters approved the 2018 Operating Referendum?
"[Before 2018] I would watch as my colleagues were defeated on a daily basis because we simply did not have enough hands to do what we knew was in the best interest of our students. ... But then the community said 'yes' and we were able to watch as things started to change."
