Your April '25 ALL Stars

Earlier this month, you had the chance to nominate any Avon Schools employee who embodies our mission: ALL belong, learn, and grow. You nominated 27 individuals and we are sending your encouraging comments directly to them.

Here's just a sample of your comments:

• He lets us work with others a lot and includes everyone and makes sure that everyone is on task while still making class fun! I have gotten so much better at math and actually like math now.
• She provides a warm, safe and exciting environment for students to grow socially and academically. Her students love learning together.
• She makes everyone feel supported, heard, and valued, and she goes above and beyond every day to ensure students are getting everything they need.
• He makes it so every class is fun and relaxed, while keeping a nice balance of learning and fun. His classes never fail to be a high point in my day.
• She goes above and beyond to make sure that all of her students belong. She creates a welcoming space in her classroom for all students, and makes sure that not only English is being taught in her class, but some life lessons too.
• She works hard to ensure that her kids feel seen, heard, and loved. She is always willing to try new strategies to ensure that her students perform their best. It is truly wonderful to see her working with her kids. She is also extremely supportive as a colleague, she is always willing to step in and help whenever she can.
