Celebrating Orioles at River Birch

ACSC School Board Members celebrated several Avon employees with a direct connection to River Birch Elementary. 

Congratulations to former River Birch leaders and current AHS freshman Anna Koehlinger and Vivian Ford on their success at the 2024 American Jump Rope Federation national competition.

Ms. Sam Smith and Ms. Shirley Brinkman were honored as the Avon Teacher and Support Staff of the Year. Ms. Smith is our ML Teacher and Ms. Brinkman drives a River Birch route as a bus driver.

We are fortunate to have such incredible students and staff at River Birch and in Avon Community Schools.
